Lumpkin County High School Army JROTC was formed in the year of 2004. Each year we participate in community and school events, send cadets to the JCLC summer camp, compete with Color Guard, Drill Team, and Raiders Teams, host an annual Military Ball as well as enjoy a variety of field trips such as Pine Valley Adventure Day and rappelling at the University of North Georgia. Our program is quickly growing to becoming the best corps in Georgia as well as the Nation.

JROTC is not just about the adventure opportunities and community service, but learning leadership and communication skills that will be valuable for the rest of a cadet's life. We strive to produce effective leaders and provide students with knowledge that will better prepare them for life after high school.
